REXROTH4通伺服閥*級(jí)液壓放大的噴嘴磨損或噴嘴部分堵塞;滑閥卡澀;滑閥凸肩的銳邊磨損;EH壓力至左右側(cè)油的縮孔部分堵塞;伺服閥機(jī)械零偏調(diào)整不準(zhǔn)確。這些原因都有可能造成滑閥凸肩不能精確封堵住壓力油的進(jìn)油口和有壓回油的泄油口,使滑閥發(fā)生往復(fù)動(dòng)作,油動(dòng)機(jī)下油缸不斷處于進(jìn)油或泄油的過(guò)程,隨著伺服閥泄漏量的增加,伺服卡與伺服閥組成的閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)就會(huì)處于振蕩狀態(tài),一但閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)振蕩,在高壓EH油的沖蝕下,滑閥凸肩的銳邊將會(huì)被磨損,進(jìn)一步加重伺服閥的泄漏量,汽門的抖動(dòng)幅度也將迸一步增大,這種惡性循環(huán)使得油動(dòng)機(jī)的下油缸不停的進(jìn)油和泄油,調(diào)門也隨之開和關(guān),zui終引發(fā)調(diào)節(jié)汽門大幅抖動(dòng)的故障。3調(diào)節(jié)汽門在靜態(tài)調(diào)試階段曾發(fā)現(xiàn)伺服閥機(jī)械零偏有偏差,機(jī)械零偏使3調(diào)門有輕微的晃動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,臨時(shí)對(duì)機(jī)械零偏進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,消除了晃動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,但由于沒(méi)有經(jīng)過(guò)校驗(yàn)臺(tái)的校驗(yàn),機(jī)械零偏的調(diào)整精度不高。所以對(duì)于3調(diào)節(jié)汽門伺服閥,經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的使用,其滑閥凸肩的銳邊磨損應(yīng)當(dāng)是比較嚴(yán)重的。故障處理后,將3調(diào)節(jié)汽門的伺服閥拆下,送返至上汽廠清洗檢修,廠家檢測(cè)結(jié)果與我們的判斷是*的,滑閥凸肩的銳邊已磨損,無(wú)法修復(fù),由廠家重新更換了新的伺服閥。力士樂(lè)REXROTH伺服閥特殊用途的特殊材料。德國(guó)公司如紅寶石噴嘴擋板材料,以防止體噴嘴飼料造成傷害和擋板,以減少靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)性能,因此,縮短工作生活。機(jī)械反饋桿球頭也生產(chǎn)紅寶石,和緩沖,以防止球的小槽之間的磨損,因此,失去控制的閥門,并有尖叫聲。
